Evan Emory is a guy who wanted to become the next singing sensation; youtube singing sensation that is. So he figured the best way to get noticed was to make a silly video of what appears to be him singing nasty songs to little kids and have them look shocked and appauled. The video was a success, so much so it landed his butt right in jail with the possibility of being slapped on the sex offender list.
Basically, what he did was film himself singing a regular song to the little kids in their classroom, then after the song he filmed the kids making a range of faces from angry to offended. When this kids left stayed behind to continue filming another song. That 2nd song was the actual dirty song.
