WTH Files: Better Not Wash Your Car In Garden City
Who would guess that the act of washing your car in your driveway was against the law? I guess the people in Garden City, NY would guess...Crazy right? The act of washing vehicles and furniture in public view actually against a village ordinance in Garden City.
