In 2014 ABC's "20/20" introduced the world to an 11 year old girl named Asia Newson (aka Detroit's Youngest Entrepreneur) who is the co-founder and CEO of her own business named Super Business Girl, and rightfully so. The story was like her -- short and sweet and in a short amount of time it became apparent that she's a rising star bound to do something great in this world:
Asia teamed up with Nailah Ellis-Brown another Detroit entrepreneur and started a Kickstarter campaign to get backing for a beverage company that was focused on creating healthy beverages. Unfortunately the funding was unsuccessful as they only received $1,988 of their $85,000 goal. I have a funny feeling that this isn't the last we've seen of Asia or her beverage company.
