Life is full of ups and downs and you'll get your share of bumps and bruises traversing its peaks and valleys, but how you deal with the pain life brings you is what will separate you from others. This week's message deals with how to cope with the ups and downs of life. In a message given by Les Brown you'll hear some of his trials and tribulations and how he was able to overcome them by renewing his mind -- the way he viewed himself, life and his circumstances. As you take some time to view this powerful message, think of everything in your life that's caused you pain and devise a plan to deal with those things systematically; then, implement your plan. Enjoy your week and share this blog with a friend:

I was watching a video where the speaker mentioned how she and her brother once laughed at someone because they spoke with a funny accent. Her father taught them a valuable lesson. He told them, "you should never laugh at someone because they speak with a funny accent. An accent means that person speaks another language fluently -- and that already makes them smarter than you." What that father taught his children that day was to never look down on anyone simply because they do something different, but he also taught his kids to not settle for being just average, in this case speaking only one language. That brings us to this week's message featuring Dr. Eric Thomas who in the video below shares how you must not settle for being average especially if you want an above average life. Watch the video below, enjoy your week and live an above average life:
