Mission: Our primary focus is to provide our readers with
music created by talented artists, producers and DJs across
the globe to balance out the monotony of today's mainstream
music. The secondary focus is to provide a means for these
talented individuals to discover and work with likeminded

Can you imagine unknowingly being part of an experiment where your health and well being are purposely compromised just to track the destructive nature of a disease? How about even when the disease begins to do horrible things to your health you're not given proper care or a cure? Sounds like the plot of a horror movie? Well it's not. It's exactly what happened to hundreds of black men in this country several decades ago. No mad scientist on an uncharted island, just the U.S. government with no respect or concern for the lives of others:
How do we cope with the death of loved ones or a negative self image? Getting over these things require a mental fortitude that is often hindered by negative thoughts & beliefs we possess about ourselves. This week's message comes from a TED Talk given by Amy Morin, a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. In the video below she shares how she was able to overcome tragic events in her life including the death of her husband by developing mental strength. How'd she do it?
