Walter Meyerle is an unemployeed tattoo artist. You may think how is that possible when everywhere you look it seems like you see someone with a tattoo. After reading his story I now see why he's unemployeed. When you trade tattoos for sex acts, that would explain being broke, but when you trade tattoos for sex acts from minors that would explain why you'd be unemployeed because no one would want you in their shop. Dude is 34 years old an got busted for giving a 15 year old girl a tattoo and for having a sexual relationship with her.
