Jeffrey Ritter is reported to have a long rap sheet that spans seven states. Now he can add sicko to that rap sheet for allegedly sexually assaulting an 85 year old woman. Described by his own brother as "sick in the head and he needs help" Ritter is said to have "strong-armed the 85 year old woman into performing oral sex on him." Read more about this sicko here.
