One of the most infamous mayors in history is almost a free man after spending more than a year in prison. If you don't remember, he's the former mayor of Detroit who got busted getting his freak on with his Chief of Staff (amongst other things) on taxpayer's time/dime. Technically, he was busted having an extra-martial affair with his Chief of Staff and left an electronic 'paper trail' of some freaky deaky text messages between the two.
