Each day we're losing our black youth to drugs, senseless violence, and the prison system. The true tragedy is that each young life lost possesses an immeasurable amount of potential that
could have been -- could have been the cure to cancer, could have been a solution to a global problem, could have been the mind developing new technologies, etc.
It still takes a village to raise a child and until we have the principle of each one teaching one embedded in our hearts, this problem with losing our youth will continue to be perpetuated.
