Most people have a pretty good idea of what their strengths and weaknesses are but may have no clue as to what others may consider their strengths and weaknesses to be. This week we'll focus solely on strengths because knowing what you're good at gives you the courage to fearlessly take action toward achieving your goals whereas focusing on weaknesses may discourage you from trying to reach goals.
